What women go through
Women tell the same story again and again, carry lab results from one appointment to the next, and are often left to fit different advice together alone.
For women's-health clinics · Perimenopause and menopause
Each specialist sees one part. Seiva sees the whole woman.
Seiva brings together what each specialist contributes into one plan for each woman: the intake before the visit, lab results shown in the context of life stage, and progress between visits — with clinician approval at every step.

The problem
In perimenopause and menopause, symptoms overlap: sleep, mood, weight, hormones, bone health. Several professionals are often involved, each holding part of the information. For the woman and for the clinic, that means hidden work and a story that's hard to follow.
Women tell the same story again and again, carry lab results from one appointment to the next, and are often left to fit different advice together alone.
Before and after each consultation, someone rebuilds each patient's story from notes, PDFs and messages. Writing a complete plan takes time outside the consultation, and follow-up gets scattered across WhatsApp and email.
Standard lab reference ranges don't always reflect perimenopause or menopause, so a result can look “normal” while the woman still doesn't feel well. And it's hard to see how a woman's health changes over time or whether the plan is working.
Each professional sees a part. Each consultation sees a moment. What's missing is the pattern over time.
How it works

The patient completes intake, uploads labs and shares specialist records — with consent.
The clinician gets a pre-visit brief: the full picture, in context.
Seiva transforms the consultation notes and all the information collected up to that point into a draft patient plan for the clinician to approve.
The patient receives the approved plan. Seiva handles follow-up, referrals and tasks.
Outcomes tracked, visit after visit.
AI prepares and connects. Clinicians decide.
Value for clinics and clinicians
Seiva is your ongoing partner before, during and after the consultation: bringing information together, preparing the brief and drafting the plan you review and approve. Care remains in your hands.
Less time assembling intake answers and notes or writing plans outside the consultation; more space for your relationship with each patient.
Symptoms, labs, history and approved plans kept together visit after visit. See what has changed without losing what came before.
One connected view of each woman's health helps you review whether the plan is working and prepare the next consultation. Better care outcomes are a goal we will evaluate with pilot clinics, not a guarantee.
An app interface where each woman can see approved plans and information together, and communicate with the clinic and clinicians. This connected experience, including communication, is part of the pilot.
Data, security and trust
Clinical judgement, always
Seiva organises information and prepares drafts; it does not diagnose. Diagnosis and clinical decisions belong to the doctor or clinician.
Each clinic's information is kept separate, with access based on each user's role.
Explicit consent and records of access and approvals help maintain control of information.
Drafts follow your clinic's guidelines and always require clinical review and approval.
Information is stored and processed in European Union data centres.
Who is behind Seiva
Founder
20 years creating digital products in regulated sectors, where trust and consent are essential. Her personal experience of fragmented women's-health care gave rise to Seiva.
“I created Seiva so that the woman is no longer the only person who sees the whole story.”
Shaped through interviews with clinicians and interviews with women going through these stages.
Seiva Health gives clinics and female health units one connected view of each woman across visits, clinicians and time, and shows whether each woman's care plan is working. It starts with perimenopause and menopause care in Spain and Portugal. At every visit it prepares a clinician-ready brief, drafts a care plan the clinician approves, and tracks how symptoms change.
An electronic health record holds one clinic's notes, and an AI scribe records one consultation. Seiva connects each woman's story across visits and clinicians into one clinician-approved plan, and shows whether that plan is working. Every visit builds on the last, so the next consultation starts from what has changed.
During the pilot, check-ins between visits record how each patient's symptoms change, and you can compare one visit with another. Outcome reports for the clinic, by plan and by patient group, are the next step, and we're defining them with our founding clinics.
No. Seiva works alongside your current software. It focuses on preparing the consultation, the care plan and follow-up, not billing or scheduling.
No. AI helps read, organise and draft. Clinicians make every clinical decision, and every plan is approved by a clinician before the patient sees it.
Standard lab reference ranges don't always reflect perimenopause or menopause. Seiva reads reports from selected Spanish laboratories and shows each result alongside the lab's range, the reference ranges your clinic uses for each stage, and the patient's previous results. Seiva doesn't diagnose: the clinician reviews every value and decides.
Patient data is hosted in the European Union, and every clinic signs a data processing agreement with Seiva before any patient data is shared. Patients give explicit consent that they can withdraw. Every access is recorded, and your clinic record is never shared with other clinics.
Seiva is a working product. Pilot clinics use it with patients from the first weeks for the intake, lab organisation, pre-visit brief and clinician-approved care plans. During the pilot, we tailor one part of it to your clinic and keep improving it based on what your clinicians see in real consultations.
The patient completes a private intake through a secure link, uploads lab reports and receives only plans the clinician has approved. There is no AI chat.
The pilot is free for founding clinics. You use the product with a small group of patients and give regular feedback. In return, we tailor one part of Seiva to your clinic. After the pilot, pricing is per active patient per month.
One onboarding session and short feedback sessions with your medical lead. Your clinicians use Seiva in their normal consultations, with no extra testing work.
Clinics and female health units in Spain and Portugal focused on menopause, gynaecology, endocrinology or integrative women's health, where several professionals care for the same woman.
The pilot is open to clinics in Spain and Portugal. We'll expand to other European markets after the pilot.
